How much do invitations cost?

Pricing varies greatly based on design, paper choice, printing technique, etc. Most designs can be produced in several different printing processes on a wide selection of papers. We can work with you to show how each design can be produced in a price range from the least expensive to the most luxurious. Through changing papers, envelopes, printing process, etc. we can show you how to get the invitation design you want at a price that meets your budget.


How long will it take to print my invitations?

In general we provide the first set of proofs within 1 week of order. After proof approval it takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete production. Rush orders are available.


What do you charge for proofs?

Proofs are included with our orders. We do not charge for changes to proofs (within reason).


When should I order my stationery?

Save the Dates should be ordered 8 months before your wedding. Invitations need to be ordered 4 to 5 months before the wedding. Programs and additional items should be ordered 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding. Keep in mind that the earlier you order your stationery the less pressure you will place on your wedding planning. Also, typically you can save significantly on the price by ordering and producing save the dates and invitation packages at the same time.


What will it cost to mail my invitations?

Do not order postage before your stationery is complete. Take a completed set to the post office and let them determine the postage rate. Postage will vary based on size and weight.


Can I use my own design?

Yes – in most cases we can use a design created by our customer. There are limitations on design based on the printing process chosen. It is best to choose your paper and printing process before starting your design. We can provide the information you need to design the invitation properly.


How should my stationery be worded?

We can help you with wording based on etiquette. You are not required to use any specific wording. We can help with different wording options to meet your specific situation.
